Welcome to Burl Wines (“Burl,” “our,” “us,” or “we”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchase of our products, and your participation in allocation or wine club offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services or purchase wine. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request identification at any time.

Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may cancel orders at our discretion, including those that violate laws.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards. Transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping & Delivery

Restrictions: We ship only where legally permitted in the U.S. It is your responsibility to ensure you can legally receive shipments at your address.

Adult Signature: A person 21+ must sign for delivery. Extra fees may apply for failed deliveries.

Timing: We generally ship early in the week to protect wine integrity. Shipments may be delayed due to weather or other factors.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of wine, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Reporting Issues: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and a photo. Replacements or refunds are at our discretion.

Wine Club & Allocations

Participation in allocations or wine club memberships implies consent to receive communications about new releases, exclusive offerings, and seasonal selections. Membership can be modified or canceled anytime by contacting us. Burl may limit or decline membership at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and product names, is the property of Burl Wines or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use this site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Burl content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

For unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.

To infringe on Burl Wines’ intellectual property.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Burl Wines is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Services or products purchased, except that our liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Disputes shall be resolved in Yamhill County, Oregon.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping delays, strikes).
